13.2 Usage: Users must follow specific instructions or guidelines provided for each promotion or discount to benefit from these offers. Misuse of promotions and discounts may result in their revocation and could affect the user's account status.
14.1 Interaction Guidelines: SocialMart provides a platform for user interaction but is not involved in the actual communications between users. Users must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and in accordance with the platform’s policies.
14.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to resolve their issues amicably. SocialMart may offer mediation services at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve such disputes or to intervene in any disagreements that arise from transactions.

17.2 Cancellation by Seller: Sellers reserve the right to cancel transactions under certain circumstances, such as inventory issues or pricing errors. In such cases, buyers will be notified and refunded promptly.
Cancellation requests can be made through self-service options on the website or contact our customer support at help@socialmart.co. Then the merchant or company handling the service or product is usually responsible for receiving and processing cancellation requests promptly. Our customer support will handle cancellation and customer concerns by verifying customer details and confirming the cancellation. If applicable, the merchant processes any refunds owed to the customer according to the refund policy.
18.1 Account Termination: SocialMart reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account if they breach any terms of this agreement, engage in prohibited activities, or if their behavior is deemed harmful to other users or the platform.
18.2 Suspension Appeal: Users who have their accounts suspended or terminated may appeal the decision by contacting SocialMart’s support. The platform will review the appeal and may reinstate the account based on the circumstances of the suspension.

26.1 Applicable Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
26.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
27.1 Enforceability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
28.1 Completeness: These Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with SocialMart in connection with the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and SocialMart regarding the Services.
